Items Collected by Pets - Land & Sea - By Region/Area

General Information:

All items can be found using either procurement or collection with a pet that has either the Area Search (land), Area Search (sea), Pet Plundering (sea), Pet Plundering (land), or with the Additional Discovery skill.  

A list of all pets found in game can be found here (Complete Pet List), that have any of the three skills listed above.  Keep in mind that most pet quests require an adventure discovery before the quests can be obtained.

To develop your pet to acquire these skills, you must have the Pet Breeding Skill, as obtained from Queen Maria in Antwerp.  Sailing and feeding your pet its preferred food will help you gain pet intimacy so that it will earn those skills.  Preferred food for pets is found on the pet list above.  When sailing, you will occasionally see a blue system message saying your pet would like to play, you can give your pet a pet toy when this message appears to help advance intimacy (pet toys are crafted at the trainer in Amsterdam).  Reminder: when feeding your pet at sea, or offering it a toy when asked, you need to have an open active skill open, otherwise you will be unable to feed or play with your pet.

(Update: 27 July 2019) Beginning a drop rate chart for different landmarks/coordinates for all items for pet collection, search, procure and collect).  Each updated data chart will be listed under the primary list for each port permit area.  Also look to the coming compilation charts to search by consumable item, Memorial Album item, and pet food.
